1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help websites work and remember choices. Similar technologies (like local storage) are covered by this policy too.
2. What we use
app.ambermulti.co.uk uses strictly necessary cookies only:
- Authentication — keeping you signed in to your dashboard (Supabase session cookies).
- Payments — Stripe sets cookies during secure checkout for fraud prevention.
- Security — protection against cross-site request forgery.
- Preferences — remembering your intake form progress and that you have seen our cookie notice (local storage).
- Referrals — if you arrive through a partner introduction link, we store the partner's code locally for up to 60 days so they can be credited. It identifies the partner, not you, and is never shared with third parties.
We currently use no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. If we ever introduce analytics, it will be blocked until you opt in, and this policy will be updated first.
3. How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent signing in and paying, as those functions depend on them.
4. Changes
Changes to our cookie use are reflected here and, where significant, announced via the site notice.
